Not easy questions you have man. There quite complex.

Maybe get a proper check up by a endocrinologist around your suburb who can better answer your questions.

have been to many endos i have no faith in them what so ever... They are all fools who only deal with diabetes. Thye though my 7.3 range (8-40) testosterone was fine.. What a joke.

I have a good doc now but i only see him once a month and now im looking at ghrp6 supplementation after i get my 24hr urinary GH results to see if it is liver not producing IGF-1 or pituitary not producing GH.

4 x saliva comes back soon so i can see if cortisol is supressing GH, but what worries me is low SHBG as low igf-1 and low SHBG are a sign of insulin resistance.

All i have learnt regarding hormones has been on forums well not all but thats how it started.. There is somehting aobut tlaking to people with the same problems they have this understand and generally know more aobut it then the dr themselves as they spend all their time researching their problems.

Few things to keep in mind brother-

You're young. Most of us had no idea how to ask the right questions or what was wrong with us until way later in life. As hard as it is, at least you're addressing it early, which means you'll more likely get it dialed in and won't miss as much living as a lot of us had to

'Nother thing, you're pressing your docs in all the right ways. Keep pushing and you'll get your answers.

Insurance- I don't know how it works in your country, but it might cover HGH therapy. If it does, get insured before you get diagnosed so its not a pre-existing condition. Not sure if that will work or not, but a co-pay is more realistic than 16k out of pocket a year

Do you think your overweight noobs? That could decrease shbg.

I was goin to say check your thyroid and see if that is the reason why you have low shbg, but thats seems fine.

For some reason, your testosterone is not binding very well to your SHBG.

Apparently that is a good thing..

    I am 108kg atm.. 177cm.

I oly have abdominal fat but it is all due to hormones. I.e cortisol possible thyroid/adrenal problems and of course hypogonadism for so long and low igf-1.

Anyone would have abdominal fat with those issues...

Im hoping ghrp6 can shed some abdominal fat to increase SHBG a little..

However i dont want it too high as my dr calls it sex handbrake binding globulin..

Insulib resistance/ syndrom x /prediabetic i suppose is my worst fear...

I had them ordered moths ago they were fine..

However i am wanting a glucose tolerance test done. However if there are sugar problems im thinking it is cortisol related due to panic disorder changing cortisol pattersn in people.

This country is backwards mate... We sell cartons of bourban and sugar to 18yo's but heaven forbid someone cheats at a sport that would be wrong!

If its all in the name of "health" then why is there a mcdonalds and kfc on every ****ing corner of this town.

Its all such a hippocritical joke.

Anyway no have not had ac1 tested, but i will request it on my next pathology form aolng with GTT.

But im hoping loweirng cortisol and rasising IGF-1 will help.. However i have heard IGF-1 also makes blood sugar worse.

hgh etc. can make your sugar levels go up but not in everyone - like everything else i guess - but that is why it is important to get a a1c before you start anything that will raise your igf.

a1c is a simple blood test and is probably all you need to rule out a sugar issue and move to the next step

I still need to do more reading and research form what i have seen its 100mg 3 times daily?

Please someone tell me if this is not correct..

I have also read that afterwards your GH output will be increased then what it was before..

Other news morning cortisol came back at 557nmol/L .. I know mornign serum draw is useless but its all medicare would pay for. Plus i ordered 4x daily saliva cortisol and reuslts will be back next week.
