Signs of *low* estogen. i.e. When to back of the Adex?

Before I began taking Arimidex my E2 was 167; after about 4 weeks it's down to 43. This is good of course however, considering how quickly the Adex took effect, I'm a little concerned about "over shooting" the mark before I get my next test results. What should I look for as far as signs that my E2 is getting too low?

Headaches, generally not feeling right in the head almost a zombie feeling. It sucks, I've done it with letro before. The good news it can be cleared in a few days.
