    Taking a break

    I'm debating on taking a break from HRT/TRT to see how I feel off of the stuff for 2 months.. i've been slowly tapering my test dose.. i'm down to 100mg/week.. any thoughts on other things i should do to help me during this down swing?

    I've got HCG .. should i stay on 250 2xweek or up it a bit
