    What to test for?

My doctor will order a complete blood test for hormones and so forth but we need to know exactly what to request on the script that goes to the lab. I have heard a lot of variations like free test and E and so forth. Is there a standard list?

Thanks but you you please be more specific. The doctor ordering the test is not in this field and unsure of what exactly to request a test for.
