    Benefits of Androgel?

I just started using TestoGel (@50mg per day)

I have had bloodwork done 3 times, first I was low but within normal range, then I was just under it and got to see an Endo and then the third time I was again just above normal range but low never the less.

My doctor says that using the gel first thing in the morning will not affect my natural test production.

I know that 50 mg of gel will not give my much when it comes to real blood levels, but I would like to know what others that have used it have to say about it.

I am 33 years old and have done 2 cycles with minimal gains (proper PCT both times) Not thinking on cycling anytime soon.

So whats your word on the Clear?

in my experince it was useless. My test levels went from very low to gone. I went from low energy and desire to no energy and desire. After getting injections everthing is now going well. If you want to get injections stay on testim for a couple of months take a couple of weeks off and get blodlwork done. You may well quilify.

dont think androgel is actually "the clear"...not 100% sure but i think that was a different compound.....

as far as androgel, i had similar levels that u speak of and saw gains in the gym and was able to reduce bodyfat on the same dose but saw better gains when i upped the gel dose and shortly after getting on injections....

but if i had to androgel or nothing, i would definately go with it

Androgel does work. Being on 10gms. daily is a bit of a "pain", as that is a lot of gel to rub into your skin. Androgel is, however, expensive, relative to the injectible testoterone. I also agree that Androgel seems to work better for some people than for others. I am personally looking forward to trying injections in January assuming the endo. agrees at that point.

I was on 5g for 6 weeks and my T went down I have been on 10g for about three weeks now and I feel awful. Going for labs in the A.M. to see if this dose has raised my levels. If my results are low the doc is switching me to injectable T.

Well I am only 3 days in it, so weŽll see.

If I feel any different at all IŽll post it here for your feedback.

I am very hopeful so perhaps that helps.

I feel I am too young for Total TRT (injections)

Will go and see my endo in three months

I take 4-5 pumps a day and apply them in the morning after I shower. Been taking it for over 6 years, it works. I'll be on it for the rest of my life due to an accident.

The reason endocrinologists don't prescribe injections nearly as much as androgel is because your T-LEVELS will fluctuate more on injections, in addition to the things that can go wrong if you don't know how to inject properly.

agree with far from massive more than the reason you give....gel may work well for some and if u dont inject properly then u r a retard...its far from rocket science..its more like signing your name...

    glad its working for you..

but i'm glad not to smear everyday

I have used a compounded and gel and am now self injecting. For me the gel worked at first but quickly lost its effectiveness. The injections have worked great, changed my life.

That is what I am afraid of, that it will only give me a little boost but then result in me having to get injections for the rest of my life.

Not everyone knows how to do intramuscular injections, if that was the case there wouldn't be sites dedicated to it nor would doctors insist on having a medical professonial perform the injection. There are far too many threads on here that prove otherwise. I agree, their not hard to do, I've done them many times, but not everyone knows.

My first injection I had to go in and the nurse took me through how to do it. To each his own, if the gel works great.

I was under the impression that IM injections of long esters might prevent me from having kids in the future, and that using the gel first thing in the morning will not.

If I am being told wrong by my doctor please tell.

I do not know if I NEED TRT, but I have symptoms of low test levels.
But there is probably more to it.

If you have low T- levels and they weren't suppressed by doing a cycle incorrectly then more then likely you need TRT, of course you and your doctor will make this decision. If your body is still making some testosterone then you have a good chance you can have children. I do not produce any testosterone therefore my chance of having children is 50/50 so I'm told.

i was told the same even with using the gel...when u use exogenous test it shuts your own down and i guess test has something to do with fertity..never understood the exact correlation since sperm is not test and vice versa

i see, hes offered me injections of reandron (nebido) but i thought id try testogel first. i wouldnt be self injecting as its only a shot every 8-10 weeks, beats applying the gel everyday

That would be a joke when my doc moved me to E2w My ups and down were not ogood. Can not see how E10W could do you any good.

I think the Reason Docs are write scripts for Creams is they get a kick back on the products. Most injectibals have generatics so make them no money

Nebido is an extremely long ester, you go much longer between shots than Test C or E. I have heard great things about it. I don't think its available in the states yet.

no....not a joke...as toad stated, its a different ester/timed release that i also have heard good things about also heard not in the U.S.

u are correct about the gels(creams as you stated) and i'm sure you meant generic when referring to injecitbles

yeah thats why opted for the gel first, i thought 1 shot every 2 months, this doesnt sound right but then i went home and did some research and learned what its about, marcus300 seems to vouch for it as very good http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...therapy-Nebido
