any advice for a 53yr newbie living in mexico

HI everyone...i need some advice regarding steroids and hrt...i am 53 year male ,look 43 thank god...still have my hair...no health problems
ive been training 6 years....i take whey and creatine.....im interested in trying steroids or hrt...
from what i see on this forum hrt looks like the one i should try.....
i live in cancun mexico so i presume i can go into any vetinary supplies and purchase steroids and maybe
it is easy to purchase hrt from a pharmacy ..i will have to check this out...but can anyone tell me best
products to buy and doses and cycle to take...im looking to boost sex life and a more defined muscular look rather than big bulk,
also i dont want anything that may lead to hair loss ...thanks for any help or advice for a newbie.....

Blood work would be the first thing to get done,then post results.Hrt is for life and we dont cycle here.We replace what we dont have.Cycle forum may be better for you.Lots of info to read here so educate first and ask questions.Lots of good people here that will help..Welcome

Welcome to this forum.
As stated above, you do need to get blood work done if you want HRT.
To simply walk into some place in Cancun and ask for whatever might not be the best idea until you know exactly what you need.
After you get your BW, then post the results here and the guys will get you sorted out.

Keep hanging and asking.

hi...thanks for replys....thats the help i need as im a newbie....yes i will have to find a good clinic here to get my bloodwork....what is the tests i should ask them to do.....also any info about Andro-Gel or Lowtiyel these are available in mexico ,,are they worth trying for a little boost.....thanks

ask for full male panel

androgel WILL help if u truly are lowT but not good for long term for many reasons you will find many threads on the such in this forum

I was Just in Cacun a few months ago and I found three places at the mall that sold test and deca . Get your blood work first. You are lucky, you can just walk into any pharmacy.

I would do A LOT of research in Cancun first before trusting any walk-in place.

is it just a test for my t levels or should i ask for other tests....thanks

a complete male hormone panel is needed for baseline BW
plus you want to make sure your PSA level is okay before you start anything and this is included in a male hormone panel

in other words, it is not just a testosterone levels test

have you lived there a long time? I bet there are places where you could walk-in and get some BW easily...or I would hope so anyway....

Perhaps the guys can mark which ones they think are necessary.....

hi...yes i spend winters here and summer in uk for last 9 years.......yes i can find a clinic easy....yes if some one can let me know which of these test to ask for....thanks for any help....i will post results when i get them....
