I was afraid to post this in the diet section

So they would crucify me I'm sure if I asked this in the diet section so I will ask here where maybe you will go a little easier on me.

How bad is Sherbet Ice Cream? It's like Crack for me! It's my Kryptonite! I freaking love the stuff and can't stay away. It's supposed to be fat free right so other than calories how bad can it be?

Yup, fat-free because it is made with tons of sugar...which is why it is so awesome! My problem is granola, and it is high in fat.

The truth is, you are not going to stick to any sort of diet if there isn't room for the things we like. Key is moderation.

There's calories in it. Factor it into your daily macronutrient allowances and you will be fine. Just don't overdo it.

I could fit a whole pint of Ben n Jerry's into my daily allowance of cals/fat/carbs/protein. Is it a good idea? No, not when I could be having my carbs/fats from other sources that will keep me fuller for longer and are more micronutrient rich.
