My quest to raise my sperm and test.

Hi guys.
Im looking for a bit of help on my situation. Ive been reading around, and sought swiftos advice in his HCG thread. I have an appointment with my doc coming up, and Id like to get my head around whats going on so I can arm myself with information to discuss with him.

Testosterone 11nmol
Sperm count 5million I think? Super low anyway.

OK, now that thats out of the way....
I had all the symtoms of low test, and even though my diet was great, was really struggling in the strength and size department. I thought Id go get some bloods done..... Well it ended up being LOTS of bloods lol.

I had low test.

I then sought out the best specialist in Aus who happened to be on the other side of the country. That didnt matter, I wanted to get this sorted.

He put me on testogel - 50mg per 5g. This brought my levels up and I felt better.

After 6 months I asked him if this would affect my sperm count, he ordered a full semen analysis. It came back shockingly low.

He told me at our last meeting that we would try HCG. This is an attempt to "shock" the testes into producing a decent amount of testosterone, as well as bring up my sperm count.

He has now prescribed me HCG at 4500iu a week, 3 shots mon/wed/fri of 1500iu for 6 weeks. That sounds like a lot to me. Especially since he didnt add clomid or tamoxafin or arimidex . I can get all that gear no worries from my guy, but the fact is he hasnt prescribed it...... WHY?

Ive just started reading up in HMG and it looks to stimulate the FSH a lot better than HCG, therefore raiseing sperm counts better?
It wont help with my low T though will it?

Also, being off the gel, my libido sucks. The fiancée and I have gone from shagging 4-5 times a week, to about 1-2 because I just couldnt be stuffed.
Thats not how I was a few months ago!

No blood work since starting the HCG - Im only in week 2.
Also, I stopped using testogel 6-8 weeks ago.

Any input would be most appreciated guys.

Could you please make any suggestions or idea's as simple to read/understand as possible.
Im still trying to figure a lot of this out, and Ill probably end up using google to decipher your replys lol.

He didn't add tamox its detrimental to sperm production. They are some high figures with HCG mate. I would also quiz him about clomid or torem them to are great in improving spermogensis healthy growth of sperm.

The number 5 million though might be low you want really to know how many are healthy mate it only takes one and you want quailty healthy sperm doesn't really matter on the figure.
