First at home shot went well last night

It gets easier with more experience. It didn't seem "natural" to me to stick myself. Same for you?

Yeah, I got a little warm and the sweat started to bead up. LOL And that was with the wife doing the stickin. I went in the left glute so the wife did that shot. I will do the injection in the quads next

Is 2ml your normal Vit. B dose (cyanacobalamin ?) and how frequently do you do that? That's a lot of stuff to inject (to me).

nope...first time EVER ...it is v b1, b6, b12 w/dpanthenol....didnt do anything
