Please give me your input on my recent bloodwork.

    My current HRT protocol is:
    test cyp 100mg 2 x week
deca 90 mg 2x week for joints
stopped taking AI a couple of months ago because I thought I was getting low E2 symptoms-oops guess I was wrong.
stopped taking hcg 4 months ago because it was causing me to break out with acne. So far balls haven't shrunk.

Blood work results: the areas of concern. Let me know if you want me to post any other scores. Bloodwork done by Labcorp. 8/25/11.
    total testosterone serum 249-836: >1500
    estradiol sensitive 3-70: 73
    ldl cholesterol 0-99: 144
    total cholesterol 100-199: 202
Otherwise, everything was good. I should also note that my blood pressure has been a bit high 150/85, although it has always been on the high end.
I have been feeling good and thought I had everything dialed in, which is part of why I was so surprised by these numbers.

I was shocked because my last bloodtest on 10/15/2010 was:
    total testosterone serum: 905
    estradiol sensitive: 16
This was while taking 200 mg. test cyp. per week, no AI, 250 iu hcg 2 x week.

Is the deca causing the total testosterone to increase?
What would you recommend to get the E2 in check. I have liquidex on hand, dosage, days, etc?
What changes to the HRT protocol would you suggest?
    Thanks for your input.

i am pretty sure the deca has allot to do with your blood pressure, deca thickens your blood fast, so thats why your blood pressure went up a little. cardio should take care of that! cholesterol is a little high but with good diet you can lower it, e2 can be lower as well, the good thing it didn't go up too much, so little AI will take care of that!

blood pressure needs to come down SOMEHOW, IMO...

The hrt protocol seems high if its longterm...

you hinted at a symptom but then stopped? whats oops? or is that just referring to the 73 estradiol?

yes, if i were at 73 e2 i WOULD get back on a low dose of AI..

would help more if you mention more symptoms, gains, whatever you've noticed since this protocol.....

200/180 test/deca sound like a nice lil mini blast but if i were wanting to run for most of the year i would prolly stay closer to 150/150.....

what dose/schedule would you recommend for the liquidex?
As for the e2 I thought I had low e2 a while back because of achy joints and stopped taking it. Especially since it had always been low on my other bw.
That's why these numbers confused me so much. All I had changed from the last bw was the deca , and both the total test and e2 were significantly higher. So...just not sure where to go from here.
    I had been feeling good.
I have plateaued somewhat in the gym, but have been able to train hard without hurting my joints which has been nice.
Still have body acne which has been a struggle throughout TRT. My nipples have seemed puffy with white circles around them, like they are retaining water a little, but no lumps or itchiness, maybe I'm just paranoid.
No sexual side effects from the deca, everything is good in the bedroom.
Besides being surprised by the sudden rise in total test and e2, I am concerned with the ldl cholesterol and blood pressure though these seem to be naturally high for me, but I don't want to make it worse by running something longterm that will mess me up.
Bass, my diet is good and have been doing quite a bit of cardio. In fact I have been hiking a lot lately and plan on hiking the Grand Canyon in November which is part of why I want to get the blood pressure/heart rate under control.
    Thanks for the input guys.

If you are low on E2 cut your dose back. Also, high E2 symptoms and low E2 symptoms can be very similar; although each individual will have symptoms that differ and that is how to track the hi vs. low E2.

If you are doing 200 Test a week, try 0.5 mg EOD. Watch symptoms and raise/lower if needed. Don't eliminate. The rough guide is 1 mg AI / 100 mg Test.

based on his testosterone dose and where his e2 level is now i recommend .5 mg twice a week. he seems to have low e2 naturally, so it doesn't take much to slash that by half!

Arizona32, how is your RBC and Hemoglobin levels? have you given blood recently? if not do so, that would help in lowering your BP. Grand Canyon! shit i am tired just thinking about it!

never heard white circles for symptoms...learn everyday....

x2 on adding in a little AI....since your on liquidex i'm not sure on how those drops equate to grams of something like arimidex but something like bass suggested would be where I would start

I donate 3-4 times a year and that has helped to lower RBC, this time is was 5.43 out of 4.10-5.60 so almost high. Hemoglobin was 16.2 out of 12.5-17.0.
I was thinking the same thing. .5 mg arimidex 2xweek. May start at every other day for a week or so as suggested above just to get it down.
