New labs e 2 ?

These are my labs from the 7-3-11 after being on 100 mg T cyp for 6 weeks

RBC 5.74 HIGH 4.10 - 5.60
GLUCOSE, SERUM 102 HIGH 65 - 99
CREATINE, SERUM 1.31 HIGH .76 - 1.27
LDL 107 HIGH 0 - 99

TEST , SERUM 489 249 - 836
FREE TEST (DIRECT) 11.9 6.8 - 21.5
DIHYDROTESTERONE 37 30 - 85

IGF -1 168 101 -267

ESTRADIOL, SENSITIVE 29 3 -70

These are my labs after being on 120 mg and 250 iu x2 of HCG for 8 weeks

RBC 5.89 HIGH 4.10 - 5.60
GLUCOSE, SERUM 96 65 - 99 back in range
CREATINE, SERUM 1.30 HIGH .76 - 1.27
LDL 87 0 - 99 back in range

TEST , SERUM 868 249 - 836
FREE TEST (DIRECT) 26.3 6.8 - 21.5
DIHYDROTESTERONE 45 30 - 85

IGF -1 190 101 -267

ESTRADIOL, SENSITIVE 48 3 -70

The doc wants me to take my dose back to 100mg per week because my test is high. Will lowering my dose bring down my estradiol number? I have no sides but my numbers keep getting higher with each blood test

E2 levels will always follow Test levels, How did you feel while on each dose.....comparatively?

I don't know why doctors immediately freak out when they see TT above 800. The TT is not that high. All you needs an AI to bring E2 down. Your TT will climb a bit more when the E2 drops.

When I was on the 100mg I felt good until the end the week. I am feeing good at 120mg and that feeling is all week long, but I also started the HCG 2 days and the day before the t cyp.

I don't know if is the TT that is the problem. They said they wanted to get me into the 800's when I started. Maybe it is my free T that more than doubled?

If your e2 were lower I would think your doc would like the #s at 120/week

What's important is Bio Available and/or Percent Free. You look good on that front.

I'd like to see more: SHBG Albumin Thyroid panels...

Get your E2 down.

took the words right out of my keyboard...

since been answered, i dont see any mention of an AI (like the fellas mentioned concerning e2)...48...eh...feeling good though...dont fix what aint broke, imo...if you add an ai i wouldnt go too high..espeicially at first...symptoms as important as numbers if not more

The E2 is not all that high and most important, how do you feel? Do you feel better at 125 instead of 100? Moody? more focused? Make sure you let your doc know.
Hell my E2 was 295, 7.6 - 42.6 range. Do you think I needed an AI? LOL
What's worse was my free test was only 736 and it should have been around 2000.

No SHBG on this lab. I am taking synthroid for my thyroid. The doc got those numbers down before putting me on T.

TSH 2.880 .450-4.50
Thyroxine(T4) 8.9 4.5-12.0
T3 Uptake 34 24-39
Free Thyroxine 3.0 1.2-4.9

That is what I am thinking. I have not taken an AI. If I back off my dose to 100mg with the HCG x2 per week I might feel good all week. I was wondering if the E2 # should fall a little along with my Test #? Then an AI might not be needed?

I felt good at 100 I just didn't feel good for the entire week. At 120 and HCG I make it through the week. Only problem I have is acne on shoulders at the 120 dose and it was an issue on 8 pumps of Androgel but not when I was at the 100mg dose.

If you feel better at 100 then defiantly go back. Just shows that more is not always better.

so it just seems as he'll need to have to try 100-120 and make a decision or just say to himself each week(shot day).."what do i want to pin today" exactly how i roll

OK now I see that in post #4 after reading it again. I was going off of post #12, it sounded like not so much on 120.
