    back from my cenegenics evaluation

    yesterday i had my first evaluation at cenegenicsin ny. very thorough evaluation , bone density, vo2 max, blood work, and regular physical. i was shocked at how bad shape i was in physically. dr. recomended cypionate 0.6cc every week, not sure how that breaks down in mg. also dhea 25 mg daily, omega 3, melatonin, 1500 mg calcium,10,000 iu vit d, magnesium orotate 500 mg, probiotics and baby aspirin. also a better diet and more cardio. i lift daily but never liked cardio. i was impressed with them but expensive.

    probably around 120-150mg of test...not sure if they use compounding pharmacies but i'm sure it will be roughly that much as its usually AROUND 200mg/cc(ml)

    got u on some extras there i see ...best of luck with it

    I've heard from others as well that their prices are through the ceiling. I've also seen their ads on the airlines.

    What were your Test levels, LH/FSH, E2, and other hormones? Is there a serum level the doctor is aiming to achieve by giving you the 0.6cc regiment?

    yes they use a pharmacy in utah. not sure what e2,lh/fsh is , i am trying to decifer there lab results. ok Lh is 8 whatever that is and estradiol is 28 not sure if thats e2. he said we will check blood again in 8 weeks and adjust. do you think that is a good enough dose of test.

    yes estradiol means E2, but you need to post your complete blood work WITH ranges! and yes that is a good starting dose.

    no ai or hcg , this is all new to me , i will have to ask the Dr. it seemed to me he wanted to go over everything in 8 weeks and then adjust.

    My doc didn't put me on hCG right away. He liked the idea of adding one thing at a time. It was (I think) three months before he added hCG. My E2 has always been low, so there has never been a need for an AI.

    LOL! BTW its exactly 120 mgs! but you put a range of 120-150! why? is it because you can't get a precise measurement on a 3ml syringe?
