    Feeling low E2 Symptoms!

as many of you know i am injecting twice a week SQ, 100mgs total for the week. also taking 300 iu hCG 3 times a week and 1/2 mg adex twice a week. i've been feeling the joint pain especially my knees. should i reduce my AI intake lets say to 1/2 mg per week and see what happens? i am wondering since i switched to SQ i not converting to e2 as much! what do you guys think?

PS. i know its not hey fever season but it started few days ago and wondering if its related to low e2!

It's probably too soon for that since you just started this new protocol...but it might be...that's the idea behind it.

Look for other corresponding symptoms bass to confirm possibility.

For me, 100 mg split into two subq shots would never require 1 mg a week of AI. For me it would be more like 0.25 mg two times a week.

I think you should stick with twice a week for the AI, since you inject T twice a week, but lower the AI dose amount.

I'm not familiar with var and have never used it, but I have seen how various experiments have drastically changed my AI requirement. I was doing 80 mg / week of Test broken into 2 subq shots a week and using very little AI (about 0.3 mg a week total). I added Mod GRF and GHRP at 50 mcg each done daily. Loved the healing benefit I experienced, but it drove my free Test way way up (226.7 on range of 35-155 pg/mL) while not altering my total T any (810 on a range of 250-1100 ng/dL). As a result, my E2 went way up too and I had to take a lot of AI. Higher systemic GH levels can also raise progesterone levels, so between the higher E2 from the excess free T and the higher progesterone, I was taking a little over 1 mg of AI a week. I had never done over 0.5 mg of AI a week before this.

Pill cutter, they are cheap and you can buy them anywhere even safeway, QFC or any pharmacy. Next time get liquid, it's easier to measure out via the dropper.

You could speculate that this is entirely due to the addition of the dht based roid anavar ..given dht's effect (although it often overstated imo) on estrogen. Given the delicate balace here of trt dose etc i wouldnt be surprisecd at all if thats the reason....

deca worked great for my shoulder joints, but not recommended to be taken while on anavar or winny!

I feel great everywhere except for my left elbow (medial) which KILLS on any pulling exercises. I was good on just test........and then started doing weighted pullups and now it's just debilitating except for pushing....bench.....overhead, etc, all fine. THOUGHT it was under control...then BOOM it's back. I've read where EQ and Var and Deca help the tendon collagen strength the most. Why not Deca and Var???......just curious. I was just gong to keep a maintenance dose of test......say 200mg a week and do a cycle of deca and/or eq and see how the tendons do.....ideas??
