I'm not on arimidex yet and it's my 7th week on 200mg of Test Cypionate !

Is it really this uncommon for dr's to start people on AI's up front?

LOL - For what she's charging you, the "wheel barrow" should be an option.

Most mainstream doctors are clueless about the need for HCG and any AI's. I had an endo at kaiser that (no BS) told me that I wanted HCG because Manny Ramirez was in the news with it. This was back when he had just got suspended after testing positive. Nothing like having a doctor try to criminalize a person for just simply wanting good testicular health. They won't even test for E2, let alone consider taking some AI. For me, it wasn't that hard of a decision to get on board with a AA clinic.

That's some high Test level, when can we see the E2 bet that's up there to. It shouldn't have to be rocket science to get a full hormone panel done and prescribe accordingly. what about LH FSH DHEA etc. Money well spent for a qualified clinic, or continue to search for a great Dr.

Doctor says take Arimidex 1mg every other day... I will but .5 every other day!

excellent! and yes .5 eod is the way to go, your e2 is not that high so it doesn't take much to get it back down!

IMO that's not THAT high, especially considering that you're not telling us about any symptoms you may (not) be noticing.
.5 eod sounds like a good plan!

Doc said Estradiol needs to be like 20 to 25 tops for the test to work it's magic. Also talked to him about adding HGH and he says that he doesn't prescribe it as much because when you take testosterone , the thing that helps you most is Sermorelin!!! I am not very informed on it, so Doc lectured on it comparing to HGH... I am going to try it I guess. Anyone with experiences on Sermorelin?

Ps. I am feeling bloated and crappy, thus now I know why, 67.5...
But in a week I should be good. And the doc says the test is not THAT high, don't lower it!!! Keep it 200mg a week. He is the best TRT and sports med doctor in the West Coast! He Knows his stuff. It's nice to talk to Doctors that actually know what they are doing.

Also one more thing relating to HCG . I'm on my 7th week and am not taking it yet... Some will say that you need like 250iu two times a week. And some will stop testosterone for 2 weeks and on these two weeks blast HCG. Here is what my doctor told me and this goes for everyone:
- if you wanna be fertile MORE so do the 2 weeks blast with no testosterone inj on these two weeks, 350iu every other day.
If you don't want to have kids and don't care as much about your fertility, do 250-500iu twice a week during the WHOLE TRT treatment.
He also says that it doesn't matter much because you can do a fertility test any time you want, I think it's a sperm count or whatever.

I was bloated and tired when my E was high take .25 mg anastrozole ed (compounded) and 500iu hcg 2x a wk. I never heard my Dr. speak of Sermorelin? Maybe one of the Vets has info to share on this?

Sermorelin is a peptide similar to Hgh

you will hear allot for different opinions on hCG doses and frequencies! for me 500 iu twice a week did okay, but once i switched to 300 iu three times a week i felt better and my boys responded better, i believe eod 250 iu is the best but its so damn hard to track, thats why i'm doing it three times a week!
