    Running over the normal

Would you say that if your test levels are in normal range for you age would you still get positive health effects if you took it to high range ? The reason i ask is my endo said you get more negative health issues . (They also say mine is now too high @ 33 from 15 free test @ the age of 44)

Here's the issue as I see it....

....TRT is not designed to give you anything BUT an optimal testosterone level for a 21 year old. Most of the myths surrounding TRT administration have been debunked (increase risk of prostate cancer, higher blood pressure, etc.). The reality is that TRT improves overall health significantly. YES, TRT benefits most men my age as follows:
    increase bone density
    improve cholestoral levels
    reduce BF%
    improve libido

the list goes on and on.

If your endo is reluctant, and you want to go on the program, find another endo.

You are 44, old enough to make your own decisions.

i agree with TR, when i first considered TRT i was looking for a quick fix for everything, but not long after i started on TRT i learned to be patient and not mess around with powerful hormones, it takes time for the body to respond for changes, especially quick changes from low test levels to high overnight. i tried the high end dose and a low end dose, and to be honest my body is responding much better on low doses, i am talking about the way i feel, muscle gain, fat loss, libido, etc... the most important thing here is to stay consistent.
