1 MG A-DEX daily with a low-dose topical test?

Consider, if you will, that two (HCG , AI) of the three substances we use are definately "off-label."

And the third, test, is used contrary to the manufactures specifications (every two weeks).

The way I see it, our chances of survival are dim, at best!

No dosage adjustment is necessary for patients with renal impairment or for elderly patients. [see USE IN SPECIFIC POPULATIONS (8.6)]

1 mg per day is a chemotherapeutic dosage in the case above at least.

Yes, but if you want another perspective on dosing, according to this statement, studies were conducted using 10 mg/day doses with no adverse effects, apparently after 3 years.

Single doses of 60 mg were tolerated and there was no toxic dose known.

However, my favor warning is: the drug should not be taken by men or children!
