Angry Looking like a teen ager again HELP

I got this acne outbreak, in the back a bit and some in the face..... i am at my fifth injection, is this normal, will it go away with time or will i have to treat this.

When i was a teen i did acutane for 3 months, i had some very bad acne.

I remember that my lips where cracking, and very very very dry.

I really don't want to get back on this if possible.

I was thinking of joining a gym with a sauna, or maybe going to a tanning salon. Not sure if that would get rid of the acne or not......

You just started trt right? Maybe when you run your first set of labwork you can possible lower your dose of T and it may help the acne. But if you do need your current dose I believe tanning would help. Not a fan of tanning beds though because of the skin cancer risk. A dermatologist can help I'm sure.

Hey yannick try this it's called Clindamycin phosphate topical gel.I got pretty bad acne a couple years ago from a reaction to a sunscreen. This stuff cleared me right up and fast! Also just last month gave some to a friend of mine at the gym who has a really bad case of back acne and it helped him big time as well.
I know Acutane can be harsh so maybe give this a try. Good luck

you are used to having adult skin. now all of a sudden you are getting the hormones of an 18 year old again and you arent used to it yet. Gotta think like a teenager, eat clean, drink lots of water, wash your face 2-3 times a day with a good cleanser, use topicals, etc.

My acne went a little wild initially too, but as my body became accustomed it has all calmed down

Generally speaking acne is caused by increased levels of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) providing for more oily skin and clogged pours...just a neg side we need to live with and deal with. I have a monster on my back now and it's not good looking!

I would stay as far away from Accutane as possible...there are lawsuits being filed do to some pretty bad neg outcomes.

I broke out really bad in the beginning. It has REALLY slowed down in the last month. My doctor put me on 100mg of Minocyclin per day. I also did Accutane as a teenager. Cleared me up but it was bitch while I was on it.

Thanks guy LOL 40 year old teenager that is funny, today the acne seems to be a bit better that is a good thing, DHT level high, that is a bit scary i got a bit of shedding on the scalp but been like this since i was 25.

I do not want to get back on acutane either, it was one of the worst feeling in my life. The side effects where sick.

Tanning beds are very good, if not abused you can actually get your vitamine D. And a tan winter time always looks good.

I would wash face twice per day, get some creams, and hit the tanning bed! Maybe it will slow down after your body get's used to the test.
