    Few questions!

Guys in need of some advice here......

I am getting my bloodworks done on Wednesday. I will get the results 10 days later, This is the UK for you!

I have read about E2 levels being high and E2 levels can cause anxiety which is what I suffer from......Has anyone else heard of this? I also suffer from very low T levels which my last bloodworks showed.

If I have high E2 levels what medication brings it down?

Also I have just got 10ml of Cyp' just in case the Urologist wont help or prescribe me anything which is very likely as living in the UK they are so tight here in anything to do with TRT. I also have a load of 50mg Clomid tabs.......So if worst comes to the worst and they wont treat me I can self treat myself as I would do anything to feel 'Normal' again, not live my life in fear, not being able to got out, being able to have sex again, being able to have some get up and go to my life.

Definitely go the Dr. route first and see where that takes you. One 10 ml bottle of cyp will get you about 10 weeks but then what? More than likely will cause your E2 to spike and it seems you may be prone to conversion. You may then feel worse than ever.

If you intend to self medicate (Not Recommended) after seeing the doctor you really need to do a lot more research as to proper protocols and backing up what your taking with good blood work.

Were all about supporting you here but we also want to make sure your you have good info and good decisions around your health..

Anastrozole / Arimidex brings down E2

Read the stickies at the top of this forum lot of great info

high e2 and low T can have many symptoms, and if those are the cause of your problems, you'll most likely suffer from many of the symptoms not just one. TRT was my last option in resolving my issues, many other things were checked by my PC first.
Id say post bloodwork before you start anything, because if you do have high E2 then adding test will make that worse. If you are going to self medicate you must use a proper AI with the test. Clomid seems to work with some people as solo treatment, but again post bloodwork before you do anything.

Be careful on the self med route . Im in the uk and know how hard it is to get TRT . I self medicate @ very low dose and a AI with doctors monitoring me .. I came off 8 weeks ago so i could get new bloods done , Im self medicating again now untill i get to see my endo as my moods and zest for life was shit while off . But i would push your GP hard first before even thinking of self medicating as its not easy finding the right balance . Good luck bro

Thanks a lot for the replies.

As devildog says, it is so hard to get TRT in the UK which is really sad as I have read that TRT can give such great benefits. So if my E2 levels are high and I add Test then my E2 levels will raise, oh that is not good! I am sure my E2 levels are high as some people think I am gay due to me having a lot of femine ways, even though I am far from it as like my women a bit to much just wish it would go up like when I was 18! It used to be like rock then, now it is embarrasing, I mean I can bend it! I wonder if I have messed my natural Test up as I have used D.bol on and off since I was 18. I never had a clue about PCT so just did D.bol courses only which makes me think I could have shut down my natural levels? My anxiety started 10 years ago and I have been put on many different anti-d's and am currently on Citalopram, Valium and Klonopin but still no reduction in anxiety just now addicted to these medications. When I asked my Dr to check my Test levels he was not happy and said he would do it as a one off. Then when I got the results back I called a private clinic who said my levels were very very low. My free Test is 10.7 and the levels for my age (37) range from 9.8 to 30.5 so I am low. I almost had to beg the Dr to reffer me to a Urologist to which my appointment is next Wednesday. It took 9 weeks for this appointment and I get 10 mins with the Urologist so I am hoping he can help me in such a short appointmet time. My confidence is so low yet I put an act on and people think I am really confident, always tired, serious lack of sex drive and to be honest I would rather go to sleep than have sex these days. So a little life story there! Such a shame I feel this way as am scared of going out and even having a girlfriend which has never proved difficult for me in the past as I am not bad looking, 6ft, 210lbs, well built and fairly dark skin due to my Dad being Italian. Sorry for going on here.....Really do hope I can feel 'normal' one day. If it does mean me self medicating I will get as much advice and help on here as I can as the members on here seem a top bunch!!

Good advice above. Get full BW done. Include thyroid panels. Like Fit2B said, read the stickies and prepare yourself. BW is in there too...

    Nice arm shot, Fit 2B!

Brick, you said you had some labs done in the past for testosterone . Can you tell us what your score was (w/ ref range), and how long ago it was?

Truthfully, I had once been dealing with anxiety issues just the same, but it was more low "T" related than E2. Once I got settled in with my HRT, that subject improved.

Great advise from the others!! Keep us posted.
