Weird question, need to lower my Test!

    Guys!

I have my blood works coming up this Wednesday. Now I have already had my Test checked so the Doctor referred me to a urologist after much begging from me (My Test levels are 10.7.....Range for my age is from 9.8-30.5).....But living in the UK as I do it is almost impossible to be put on TRT! So.....Is there anyway I can try and drop my Test levels before Wednesday? Any foods that can lower Test, what about having sex Tuesday night will that lower my levels?? Any help would be great....Sorry if this may sound a silly question by the way.

Also I forgot to ask in my last thread...... Lets say the average dose of TRT using Cyp' is 100mg per week.....What about guys who dont have low T and are 500mg per week of Cyp' for bodybuilding? Ok their muscles will be bigger, but if we are low on Test why not take it to a high level, what are the down falls of having high Test levels? I know some of the sides like acne, aggression, gyno.....But surely these guys must feel on top of the world with such high dosesage?

People that take supraphysiologic doses are quite literally putting themselves at risk of disease. It's very unnatural and has numerous bad effects on estrogens, cholesterol, red blood cells, etc etc and that's not the stuff like you mention regarding physical things like acne and gyno. They don't typically do this year round however, with T repla***ent therapy it is usually indefinitely.

If your goal is legitimate T repla***ent therapy then you must forget about using high doses such as with steroid abuse .

Thanks bud, always wondered what the risks of a high intake of Test would do.

My goal is to have my bloods done on Wednesday and see what the urologist says. With my T levels being so low I am really hoping he will help although being in the UK TRT is still not reconised, well, a few Dr's may prescribe it but most have to self medicate......We are about 10 years behind the US regarding TRT.
