standard protocols for average cycles are close to that (250 every 4 days) however, there are some guys that dose at 750/wk depending on cycle. and then some even more at 1000+/wk. i realize this isn't much info, BUT, if it were me i would increase to 750w/wk and monitor closely.

405, try taking the 250iu eod. I think you will see better results.

When do you do the HCG relative to the test?

My cyp days (at this time) are Monday-AM and Thursday-PM. If I can stay on schedule with the eod protocol (sometimes depends on travel), then I just go eod. If it falls on one of the days that I pin the cyp, then so be it, I just take the HCG 12 hours before/after the cyp, depending on which day it is.

I've tinkered around with it, and for me it doesn't make too much difference with how I feel, as long as I can spread at least 750iu out over the week. If I don't, then the nut starts to talk, and that's my biggest dilemma.

The way I live my life: "Keep It Simple Stupid" (not sarcasm, just old terminology)

I have never used HCG during myHRT ( i dont want my boy's working, kind of like birth control) also i usually use 50-150mg deca ew with the 150-200mg test ew for my hrt. make my back and joint feel nicer (i was in car accident) and helps lower sperm count which is a plus for me and my gf.

anyway, I have used it on cycle and nearing pct before and found 500iu 2X a week (about every3-4 days) worked VERY well.
but for long term HCG can mess you up for good, so i would not run too high a dose for long periods.
i rec you stay where you are and give it more time befor you up it. if it is not needed, avoid it. just my op anyway

I have a GREAT deal of knowledge of AAS, diets, supps etc. many years.
but i wont lie, since i dont use HCG for my HRT and i dont use it on my cycle since i dont do pct and just go back to hrt... I may be out of the loop on the HCG now.
so i will do! I always am open minded to learn new things or learn wrongs i though where rights.

    thanx for tip.

ok well i have read it it does not change how i feel about HCG i will saythis though:
I do take DHEA while on my HRT (and on cycle most of time) , only started that last year, and i have found it nice.
but what I learned now is maybe I should take another look at pregnenolone and consider adding that to my hrt so it would be as so:
    HRT:
Test (enth or cyp i prefer)
    DHEA
    Pregnenolone

I know Preg converts to DHEA and others like estro etc. so i had decided to just add DHEA, but now I am thinking adding also some preg to my hrt could help with pain, depression etc. as there are some things we dont know about how preg do this or that and hey i dont want to be missing some small enzym or something long term that ends up making me unhealthy.

    so for that:
    THANKYOU! :-)

Mickey i thought my statement may generate some debate.. and dont be sorry.. when it comes to my faith u could never "burst my bubble" bro..

as for george carlin.. u may wanna reconsider the foundation u base ur theology on.. it has eternal ramifications.. too bad old george aint around to tell u bout it...

also doc advised against increase of hcg dosage.. i didnt get a reason but will.. this advice came thru email from his assistant...

ther is god, but god is just a label/word. God is not some guy on a cloud, or some guy sitting far away watching, GOD is an energy, life energy. thats everywhere.
GOD made the world, animals, humans etc.
through VERY complicated (to us) evolution. from fish to people, ape to man. but that does not mean there is no god. and that does not mean there is not more to life than meets the eye.

"GOD" the life energy in and around all living things is real. for those that have to believe in one religion regardless of the fact every religion is just a view of man and flawed or believe that there is no god... i feel sorry for...but to each there own...
I believe there is some truth to many religions. but this is how i feel: I believe in GOD not religion.
though grown up roman catholic I believe id be lucky if even 5% where true. the idea and story's are good, to get point across, but the changes and crap added to it for control destroys most religions.
sure i believe Jesus was probably above average and felt certain energy's others may be numbed to, maybe his pineal gland ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pineal_gland ) was more active than other, maybe his was more active like say n maybe Buddha or Selassie.
but to say there is no god when most humans ARE walking around blind weather they want to acknowledge it or not, is just sad to see.

    anyway lol

But seriously now, no one doing the Dr. John recommended protocol clustering the HCG injections near the end of their dosing cycle? Obviously, doesn't work so good if you're doing 2 x week.

it's all good man. i just like shaking it up bit. you know, make the religious folks squirm a bit in their seats...cause even they know how ridiculous religion really is.

btw, did the doc say if your boyz would be come back to normal at standard dose?

Blergs ur entitled to ur opinion.. Im not gonna try to convince u that ur wrong cuz i know its wont do any good.. Curious to where u get ur beliefs from??????? I used to be the same way.. Rebellious and opinionated.. And thats exactly what i was.. Rebellious and opinionated.. Opinions based solely on wat i thought cuz i held myself in such high regard.. Fortunately im past that now... Hopefully one day God will prepare ur heart to receive the truth like he prepared mine..

Ecdysone: good point.. I remember that now .. But i cant recall if tbat was protocol for once a week injects.. I inject 2x/week ...

Mickey i dont know what "religious" people u know.. "religious people" is really a term used by unbelievers to label believers .. It is reflective of misunderstanding.. I dont consider myself religious.. Religion doesnt necessarily have to be associated with faith.. U could be a religious golf ball hitter or a religious paper airplane maker..

But to the point.. That christians "certainly know how Ridiculous religion really is" ... Sound to me like a statement created in ur own mind to dismiss the viability of faith in God for Salvation.. And it is totally incorrect... To have faith means to embrace faith.. It is forgiveness of sin... Not ridiculous..

Maybe his level or understanding or as stated the BW. Who knows with docs. I think everyone goes through phases where they're a little more tired than normal on occasion. Diet, exercise, sleep or even your bodies own rythm. Don't be too harsh on yourself.

On a difft note allthingsmale i went to a few times and had a hard time navigating.. Couldnt find much decent info.. But when i was lookn for that crisler vid i stumbled on another allthingsmale that appeared to have alot more info and a totally difft interface.. But i cant find it again... I wanted to put together some info for my doc cuz he said hed read it.. But i cant find any good crisler info.. Maybe im just an idiot.. Anyone point me in the rite direction to a place supplying his philosophy and standard protocols for TRT that a doc mite benefit from.. Which in turn would benefit me and his other patients??
