    Pregnenolone, TSH, T4 Levels

    My levels are as follows,

Pregnenolone 19, range less than 151
    TSH 1.07, range .4 -4.00 uIU/ml
    Free T4 .88, range .82-1.77 ng/dl

The above are all on the low side of the range, but I am not sure what to think of it. Would you try to raise them? If so, how? My test was 1211. Thanks.

You can increase this by supplementing 50mg of Preg each morning. Think about adding in some DHEA as well at 50mg split twice a day.

This is an excellent score! Means your Thyroid is working just right!

    Free T4 .88, range .82-1.77 ng/dl
This is on the lower side of the reference range but what's more important is T4 conversion to T3. T3 is the more important Thyroxine level that your body uses. I'd also like to see RT3 and Thyroid Antibodies as well...gives a more complete picture. But overall these two look okay.

Total test of 1211; are you on a TRT protocol?

Thanks for the response! It was very helpful. My Free T3 is 3.0 pg/ml on a range of 2.0-4.4.

I am on TRT protocol, however, I have lowered my test dosage since my 1211 test results. I will have BW soon and will post those results. Thanks again.

pregnenolone is expected to go down when on TRT. you can raise it if you want with transdermals or something like HCG . whether or not it will be good for you, I can't say.

a low TSH is a good thing. your tsh looks good.

I'm not too sure what to make of free t4 measures so someone else with more expertise can say about that.

I wouldn't be worrying too much if you feel good.
