    Sustanon for TRT?

Just been looking into random shit and came across some threads on guys using Sust for TRT

At first it just sounded like complete BS, but Sust is fairly widely available in pharma grade. Which, makes me think that's sort of its original intention.

Anyone have any experience with this or any other helpful insight?

I've got no experience with it for TRT. With only one long ester out of 4 it would have to be injected frequently as well, as the one ester wouldn't carry it's weight, so to speak. Many of us inject every 3-4 days now anyway so it would be interesting to hear if someone has actually used this approach.....

From what I have seen online so far, the guys said their MD's prescribed Sust for every other week injections. It doesn't make much sense to me since of the esters and their half lives.

That sounds like doc's that just don't understand hormones / esters. Par for the course.

Sus was heavily used in the UK in the 80's for TRT, that's what it was original manufactured for.

Sustanon was never approved in US. Any who is using it in US for trt is doing so without medical supervision.

    As would I

My question is: Is anyone using it or has used it?

I am using it and have it prescribed from my Endo here in the UK.

I like it. I like it for HRT and I like it for bumping up just a little into a moderate cycle.

There's a lot of mystique about sust lol... there's nothing more to it than just 4 esters of test but this does have effects in my opinion:

    - Given the same doses of Sust and either Cypionate or Enanthate I definitely hold less water on Sust. This is pretty much a no-brainer to me because on the whole it contains more short ester per ml than Cyp or Enth, so less aromatisation.

    - Sust just feel better to me. Completely subjective but I feel more energy and just 'clearer' on sust. I think there is something to be said for a slight fluctuation in serum levels (and sust achieves this better because of the 4 esters all releasing differently) being a positive thing, as it mimics normal physiology a little better than a completely flat serum level which a lot of guys try achieve and I understand that. But I think there is something to the theory of sensitivity building up... you just get used to a flat level, and you keep some sensitivity when there's little fluctuation. If I recall correctly Crisler has said that there is benefit in men injecting just once per week as it creates some fluctuation. A lot of this is to do with dopamine sensitivity to I believe.

When I bump up the dose now and then and go from TRT to a cycle, man sust just feels way better than a long ester. But then prop always feels better to me too.

Sounds like a reasonable possibility. I already inject every other day. I wouldn't mind shorter esters and less bloat. Getting the right amount I think would be the tricky part.

    Possibly

EOD for TRT does not sound like much fun though. Once weekly would be optimal IMO. But, keeping your levels in check is another story.

I dunno, I'm doing eod and it is no big deal subq. Since I take peptides daily, and hcg eod, it's just one extra painless shot.
