    Clomid for fertility

    I know there has been threads on this but my search don't work. I have never used clomid, so was wondering how exactly does clomid work for fertility. How about dosing for this purpose? I'm on trt so could it help improve the chances?

    Yes, but I'm older so need all the help I can before its to late. 48 no kids yet, just got married a couple years ago.
