Nebido lowered my hemoglobin and HCT, if my cardio is on schedule (30min running/30 minutes stairmaster per week) I dont need to donate.

About test levels its very important the timing when you take it, I see guys wanting to be 1000ng/dl, if they are 1000 on a normal test E TRT and the blood was drawn the day of injection, the day after injection they will be about 2500ng/dl or more. You have to understand how the ester gets released.

Nebido has a slower release, to an extent the same effect applies, but much smoother. My last labs I was only 380 2-3 days before next injection (so 11.5 weeks more or less), still felt fine.
As I inject it myself I can move to 11 weeks, of course if I detected some low T symptoms I would inject it sooner. I literally feel no different from week 3 till week 12.

Maybe i'm different but i'm not too worried about numbers.

On Nebido my blood counts were always somewhat anemic, schedule was every ten weeks and my through levels were 600-800 ng/dl.

It was very ineffective for me because of high SHBG I believe, I never felt fine except for a very limited window of time.

So duh, get on 1000mg every 70 days and don't ever worry about hematocrit again.
