What is the best day of the week to get TRT injection?

I recently went on injections (been on gels and pellets for couple years). I was first on weekly injections of 150 mg/week for 3 months. Then switched to 70 mg twice a week for two months.

I honestly couldn't tell the difference between 1 weekly injection vs the 2 lower dose weekly injections - I feel good with both, but somewhat poor libido with both. My E2 levels were the same (38) on day 6 with both injection frequencies. Need to continue to improve diet and get my weight from current 245 to 220 and hopefully libido improves. I was 260, so I'm headed in the right direction.

Since I can't tell the difference between a single 150 mg injection vs two 70 mg injections, I'm going to save money by doing a single 150 mg injection every week. Each copay is $30.

So, my question is, what is the best day to get my 150 mg injection? My goal is peak performance Thurs, Fri and Sat. Thank you!

Wednesday, not that you'll notice a difference though. Test peaks in about 24hrs or so.

Why can't you self inject?
