    I'm a big fan of his and they say his testosterone /steroid book is truly a work of art
    I haven't read it though

    Hey Kel
    Jay usually has weekly or monthly QA sessions with Docs and they discuss TOT (Testosterone optimization therapy) on a /monthly basis
    This podcast specifically they mention big pharma and the issues they have seen.

    I'm going to see Dr. Rob next week (first time). I will also be getting a Dexa scan while I'm there. I've been on AI's (Arimidex ) for 7 years so it will be interesting to see where I'm at. In case you haven't been following the podcasts AI's have been shown to cause bone density loss over long periods of usage. That being said I never took a high dose and I've been lifting heavy and taking vitamin D3 supplements....so we shall see. I'll be digging into the Hematocrit debate as well. I've been running 52 (high) for a couple years now but my platelets are not high and my BP has not increased at all.
