    Insulin.. hypertrophy or hyperplasia?

    Does insulin make muscle cells grow in size or multiply? Thank you.

    Size...i believe HGH and IGF are the two compounds responsible for creating new muscle cells.

    yes, insulin is basically used so that you eat well.
    insulin absorbs energy from food more, and increases protein synthesis.
    post workout injections are key.
    and yes, cells are expanded with insulin, but not anything special.
    hgh is key for that one
