if i were to take 4 i.u. per day of gh, how long would it take for me to achieve muscle gains? i heard you have to be taking gh for about 8 or 9 months in order to see actual muscle and that everything inbetween that time period would just be localized fat decreasion.
u have to start gradually, with smaller doses the first weeks to see how your body reacts and then work up to the 4iu, and i heard the same thing..it will take a long time of consistent use to see big gains. I am still waiting on a direct answer on weather taking it with AAS does increase the gains of GH or not. Most people say its not worth the money for the small gains...but who am i to say..i never used anyhting
It takes about 2 month to see any results from HGH, buy HGH alone isn't the best choice if you're looking for muscler gain LR3 is better and cheaper

if you want to see muscle gains with gh,combining with AAS is a must in my opinion.
