Is there a difference between taking 40 units of gh when mixing it with 1.8cc of bw than takeing 20 units and mixing it with 1cc of bw. Its the same thing just one is diluted more, right???? this is using the u-100 needle.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but 40IU in 1.8mL isn't at the same concentration as 20IU in 1mL....the 2nd is more dilute.....the concentration is really insignificant.....as long as you know what it is and use the appropriate volume to get the desired number of IUs

i have been mixing serostim with 1.8cc of bw and i take 40 units in the insulin needle. To make it simple i want to take 4 iu's nightly. How much water should i put in the vial and how much do i take out to equal 4 iu's????
