gh am or pm shots whats better......????

half dose early morning............second half dose later afternoon or before bed. The second dose is an individual thing people both have arguments if before bed or late afternoon is better. I prefer late after noon because I dont want the gh to interfear with my own natural producation of gh that occurs mostly at nite.

I've actually been splitting up my dosing AM and right before bed for the past week or so. I haven't noticed anything different yet, but I'm going to give it some more time.
I'd say stick to earlier in the day, with afternoons being the latest.

Gh has a short half life so split it up as much as possible. AM AND PM.

Every 12 hrs. 6AM-6PM or 7AM-7PM etc etc..

Splitting your shots will give you better results overall but the PM shot will effect your natural GH more. Some are taking a bit less for the PM shot. Like half that of the AM shot.

if you workout at 6pm should your evening shot be before or after your workout?

You wont get any sudden effects from the shot, Id shoot when you rest up for dinner. Personaly before bed.

Id imagine you could still denature the molecule after you inject but Im not sure on that. So If you shoot near the navel I wouldnt do any sit ups or similar too soon.

Not to jack the thread but this is just a simple question that doesnt need it's own thread. How much water should be mixed with a 15 iu vial all it changes is how you measure it right? would it be okay if I put 1.5ml that way one mark on the slin pin =1iu?

every 10 units would be 1 iu if you put 1.5ml in 15iu's
