I am using a nine day split workout...lift every third day. I
have been using 6 I.U.'s of GH everyday and slin 10 I.U.'s only on my
lifting days...This works out to be about 10 doses of slin a month
...is this O.K. ?... or do I still need to cycle the slin?
I think the rule is 30 days altogther, in your case at 10 shots per month I think
you could go 3 months..Then take a month off..Iam pretty sure thats the deal but
just in case I'll bump this up....
What you're doing is fine IMO, especially if it's Humalog.
