keto diet with gh is supposed to be great.
anybody else here of this.. i guess since gh makes u insulin resistant by following a keto diet at the sametime your body will not release as much insulin therefore making you leaner and harder while staying big.. this is how alot of the pro's are dieting now.. dave palumbo, dexter jackson.. what do you guys think???

GH and insulin resistance is way overrated IMO. the acute insulin resistance effects are very short-lived (les than an hour, I'd say). the long-term potential for insulin resistance is there, but it'll take many months of continued use at pretty high doses IMO. Using GH, IGF-1 and insulin, I've yet to see a hint of insulin resistance. I was never a fan of the keto diets...never will be.
