I just started taking 2iu's of growth a day, Im taking it mostly to lean out. Im also taking tren , Eq, and Winni with it. The question i have is this: I know growth causes you body to stop the uptake of glucose into muscle or to be stored as fat. It also uses fat as the first and primary source of fuel so you burn off fat quicker. I wouldnt mind putting on a bit of size during this cycle. Im realistic and i know that i wont blow up. But should i be eating carbs. Are they of any use? And if they arent really of any use in helping put on muscle unless your taking in synthetic insulin , then can i eat then and not have to worry about them becoming fat? Basically what is the ideal diet with growth? Should i eat carbs or not?
