    how much in a 1/2 cup of dextrose

    i've seen on a couple of different threads different opinions on this.i'm assuming all dextrose is the same.i use 2 cups pwo.the label reads 17.5g of carbs per 1/2 cup.so this would come out to 70g which is what i need since im running 10ius of slin.but i just seen someone posted a 1/2 cup = 80g..if this is the case then im getting 320g carbs...too much.so whats the consensus here

    ****,i never thought of weighing it.i have a scale...sh!t.i've been ingesting 320g pwo...no wonder i never felt any signs of hypo.i keep this up and im sure to be a diabetic........whats the down side of ingesting this much for the past 2 weeks..i havent put on any fat,in fact i actually dropped about 7 lbs.and my pants are falling off

    test e 450/mg every 3rd day
    eq 800mg/week
    clen 180mcg/ed...eca....every 2 weeks
    cardio 1hr am .....6x week
    2800 cal/day

    yeah,maybe.but it's doing exactly what i want it to do.i'm not a novice when it comes to gear.been using for almost 15 yrs
