    Insulin with r-ALA?

    Is this a good idea to take both?

    You have to be careful with your dextrose intake being high enough.......both insulin and r-ALA will have significant effects on your BG. I used them together and graphed the results

    I guess we could add chromium to the list of insulin sensitizing agentsas well. I like rALA by itself as well.
