GH + slin questions

Hellow, I'm a professional cyclist. I will start this week with GH (jintropin) and insuline use. But I stil have a couple of questions about it, the teamdoc. won't help us because he's afraid for being punished.. SO:

1) How do I have to take the GH? In 1 or 2 injections
2) How much iu is necessary and how can I know how much I need
3) When I inject best? Before training, after training, in the morning, before sleep???????
4) When I have to inject insuline (1 or 2 times a day?, before or after training, breakfast..?????) and how much is needed
5) Can i take gh and insuline together or NOT? And how I have to do it? GH before or after insuline

I thought to do it like this.
8am: breakfast
8.30am: 2iu GH
9.30am till end of training
end of training: 8 iu insuline + sugars
5pm 2iu GH

6) Is this good or What can bether

7) and last question: When I do an training in AM and a training in PM, how I have to do it then??

This looks good, except that i'd take the second GH injection earlier, maybe 2pm, so you won't interfere with your own GH production at night.

If you train PMs too, you can consider an additional dose of insulin, but this will depend on the type of insulin used and the time you finish training and the time you go to sleep.

If you use Humalog (or novorapid), your last dose of insulin should be at least 4 hours before bed to be safe. I wouldn't suggest using any other types of insulin, as they are too slow-acting, and require ~6hrs of fat-free diet, and you'd also need to wait about 6hrs before going to sleep after a dose of longer-acting insulin (like Humalin R).

some days I train once a day and some twice
I think of doing it like this

* once a day:

8am: breakfast
8.30am: 2iu GH
9.30am till 2.30pm or 3.30pm
2.30pm or 3.30pm: 8 iu insuline + sugars
4.30pm 2iu GH + eating spaghetti

Is this GH injection at 4.30pm too late? can I do this injection also directly after my training together with insulin??

* twice a day:
8am breakfast
8.30am: 2iu GH
9.30am till 11.30am training
11.30pm: 8 iu insuline + sugars
12.00pm 2iu GH + eating spaghetti
4pm till 6 pm: second training
6pm; insulin 8iu
10pm: sleap

Is it correct to take the GH at noon, 30minutes after hgh or can i bether inject it at 2pm??
When second training is later, I don't take extra insulin after training, Is this a problem??

What do you think about this

And I use NOVORAPID insulin
