Hey bros, a buddy of mine is interested in using slin to help him put on some size for football. Since I don't know much about it I thought I would run it by you guys and see what you thought. His stats are 5'9" and about 195 pounds at 12-13% bf. This kid is already a big dude, but he wants to get to 220 before football season, and he thinks slin is the way to go. So what do you guys think? Thanks!
