carbs and insulin

i was just wondering what kind of carbs does everyone take after their insulin shot?

i plan on useing dextrose...for right after my shot einy will chime in and tell you some good stuff if you ask bro...

I think its best to go with simple carbohydrates all throughout the Slin active period. I keep my fats to minimum, if not 0 even.

Dextrose here, I mix it with plain cool-aid as well as Creatine and Glutamine.

I have maltodextrin, about 75g when having 10IU. I also consume dextrose, l-glutamine and creatine at about 7g for each one
