IMO its a great addetive. Its a good supplment to take especially if you are using Slin. It does nothing different to to what it usually does, except it works a bit better when taken with Slin. What have you heard or red up about the negatives with Slin and G`mine?
The only thing I have ever read was glutimine competing with whey. So our carb shake immediately after the inj with glutimine/creatine, then 15 mins later all whey
I am starting a 4 week cycle of slin on monday, but when i went to the storee today to buy supps thywe had no dextrose or maltodextrin, is thr any hommade carb drinks I can make ???
