both of my parents are borderline diabetics. i eat very healthy and train so i dont worry too much about this, but i do always drink a high carb shake after my workouts, followed by another meal with moderate carbs before bed. this is the only time of the day i eat high carb on GH. what i wanted to know is how much slin is needed before this only to offset any insulin resistance caused by the GH? i dont want to stress out my pancreas now. knowledgable input greatly appreciated. thanks
