HGH and the world!!!

This is a very general question wich might not have a percise answer, but my question is where would be the best place in the world to live if i was seeking the cheapest and most easily available (aquirable) HGH?
Because of my work i ahve the option to move to several countries early next year and i really want to become one of those peope that cycle HGH throughout the year to get maximum results in all aspects of HGH.
If you know much about this please give a brief comaprison of how much i'd expect to pay from one plac eto another.
