hgh and alopecia

Can anyone tell me if they've heard of GH helping stress related alopecia?
My boyfriend is experiencing hairless patches on his face, head, eyebrows, eyelashes, even legs/arms. Dermatologist thinks its stress related. Anyway, he is starting on GH and hopes it will help with this problem.........any chance of that happening?

these bald patchs around the body could be a sign of a more serious and dormant infection, i would look twice into other symptoms and possible illnesses
