    What size needles are best for IM injections of LR3 for al muscles.

    Well I use slin pins as my bodyfat is reasonable low, theres too much wastage in bigger pins in my opinion.

    bf around 20 percent, 5/8 inch would not be deep enough, right

    Yes I think u will struggle having that level. I would get the thinest barrelled pins you can to minimise wastage of the IGF and use a little air pocket at the base of the plunger to make sure you leave no IGF in the pin
