Got a couple questions. Worked my way up to 10iu slin pwo. I'm going by the 10 carb/iu 15 min after injec. My ques. is how many carbs do I need in the second meal an hour later? Also i'm working out 6 days a week. Now that I know I can handle 10-12 iu, on week 2 can I just start at my max dose? :lift:

imo10g/iu is little high (6-10g/iu)
are you bulking or cutting,i too use 10ius,but shoot for 80g carbs pwo and for my ppwo meal i get 50g in the form of brown rice,if i feel i need more then i will just have a cup of juice,adding about 20 simple carbs.
thanx dd, I use humalog,yes I find 80g carbs for 10iu works fine for me pwo. I'm just trying to tweak it, so as not to add anymore carbs in the second meal that's not really nessesary. Always bulk,but I like my weight to be muscle not fat lol.
