im on workout day legs into the quads but what to do on chest, back???
bi, tric, shoulders is no problem!
Still not clear for me why im is much more effective than sq injections!

I do back with bis and chest with tris, so I only inject arms (I shoot my chest the following day). I can't reach my lats w/o cramping, so i never inject there
pec injects arent bad at all. on my bi/back day i inject into pecs.
