    diet and training with IGF-1 lr3 ?

    hi !!
i am about to start an igf-1 cycle with roids but there is one thing i am not sure of...
could someone who used it tell me what type of workout is best for that cycle ?
i have been told that you were not strong when under igf-1, so do i have to train with lightweigts ?
and what diet should i follow ? high carbs like under HGH ? high proteins ? both ?
igf-1 is brand new in france...and we get hardly any informations about it, thanks to help me...
