    A. M. Insulin after morning cardio?

I know that am insulin can stave off catabolism, but what if we do am cardio? I am sure you would not do it prior to cardio. If you did it after cardio, how long after would you take your injection? Any insight would be appreciated.

The thing is....the lipolytic effects of AM cardio occur mostly after the cardio itself, so using insulin then, would negate these effects to a large degree. If you're merely doing cardio for CV health, then it's not as big of a deal

if u do am cardio the following meal it have to be pro/fat to extend lipolisis.
IMO don`t use slin, keep it in pwo after lifting
if u really want to use it go wtith meal 2 (2hr after pro/fat meal)
This is just my opinion bro ok.

    Thanks
