Measuring IU's using an Insulin needle

I have 1ml U-100 insulin needles which are 0.33mm (29g) x 12,7 mm. If I need to take 2 iu's ed og hgh does that translate to 20 units on the needle?

OK I take your point, I am using one bottle of Bwater as it comes in the package with one 20 iu of HGH. The needles move in increments of 10, 20, 30 all the way up to 100. Under normal (as comes with the package) circumstances does 10 represent 1 iu?
