keep IGF dose same on non workout days??
from people who have used IGF before, please answer these questions for me if ya can. just wanna get this right.
-i planned on running my IGF at 50mcg ED. is that fine or should i use less on my non workout days?
-does injection timing matter on non workout days?
-would it be better to maybe run it at 40mcg for 50 days? i have read that it starts losing effect after about a month, so would it be better to use a lil more and go for a shorter period of time? like say, 60mcg for 30 days?
