guys how can i reduce the water retention that i seem to hold whilst on the insulin ,i take 10ius after training and 8ius on non training days,i take 500mg of sust and 400mg of deca a week it dosnt seem to be the gear as i notice the dif when i take insulin i think it may be the simple suger carbs we have to consume with the insulin but not sure does anyone else suffer with this as i hate the drop in size when i stop taking the actrapid
